I have been a member of peer-to-peer coaching for more than 25 years and have learned invaluable coaching and leadership strategies for entrepreneurs. Years ago, I was tasked with defining my “Unique Ability®* Statement,” and through careful introspection, I arrived at the following:
My unique ability is being loyal, transparent, and honest intellectual rebel who morally does the right thing. My passion to lead, teach and never settle is a powerful combination given my ongoing desire to contribute to the tax landscape and seek/speak the truth. I am an inspirational example for those around me to continuously grow.
